So am trying out colors on my palette that I never ever touch! The blue I used in this look is a lot light than the blue I used in my last post. I added a little bit of a yellow shade to my lower lid to 'pop' the blue on the lid. I had to resist the temptation to use a white liner on my water liner which is fast becoming a "thing" for me.
